Our Woodland Duck is of the highest quality and is a whole boneless raw duck breast with the skin on in a rich orange glaze, topped with a fruit garnish.
Supplied as a box of 8 individually quick frozen pieces, this helps to retain all the goodness and flavour.
FROM FROZEN – Pre-heat the oven on Gas Mark 7, 200c conventional oven, 180c fan assisted oven, put the duck in a greased ceramic or oven proof dish and roast for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cooking times are for guidelines only. Ensure the product is cooked throughout and piping hot before serving.
