Local Delivery Information
We offer a free van delivery to the following postcodes including all areas within these postcodes through our network of sales representatives.
Most products can be delivered the very next day including Saturday. We do not currently deliver on a Sunday or Bank Holiday.
UK Delivery Information
We currently only offer delivery to the postcode areas mentioned above, but should you require a delivery to an area outside of these postcodes, please get in touch with us and we will see if we can help.
We hope that there is never any need to request to return a product, as our products are of the highest quality, and as our products are perishable, returns of our products must follow our strict returns procedure.
Where we have delivered the wrong product, for us to accept the return, you must contact us immediately and store the product in the original packaging and keep it frozen. We will arrange for the product to be collected and send instructions on how to package the product correctly.
If you have ordered the wrong product and would like to return it to us and it was delivered by one of our sales representatives, we can collect your order, providing none of the product has been used, is still in the original packaging and has been correctly stored so it remains frozen, but we may charge a mileage cost to collect the order.
If you simply do not like the product, then we do offer a ‘fair swap’ policy, whereby providing you have only used one or two pieces of the product, and you do not like it, then we can arrange to swap the product for an alternative of your choice. We will inspect the product prior to swapping to ensure that no more than two pieces have been used.
All delivery and returns are part of the Contract and subject to our Terms and Conditions.
