Our Shell On King Prawns are of the finest quality and are raw and headless.

Supplied as a box weight of 1.6kg of individually quick frozen pieces in a protective ice glaze.

Defrosting instructions:

Allow to defrost 24 hours in a refrigerator.

Grill: place under a pre-heated medium grill for 8 minutes. Turn over once halfway through cooking.

Shallow fry: Pre-heat one tablespoon of butter in a frying pan, cook over a medium heat for 3 mins, stirring continuously.

Ensure the product is cooked thoroughly and is pink throughout.
