Our Salmon Supremes are of the highest quality and are wild caught in the crystal clear waters around the Faroe Isles and skinned and filleted for your convenience.
Supplied in a box of 10 pieces they are individually quick frozen to lock in all the goodness and flavour.
FROM FROZEN – Oven bake in a pre-heated oven (Gas mark 6 or 190c in a conventional oven or 170c in a fan assisted oven) for 35 to 40 minutes.
FROM DEFROST – Defrost for 24 hours in a refrigerator and once completely thawed grill for 10-12 minutes or oven bake in a pre-heated oven (Gas mark 6 or 190c in a conventional oven or 170c in a fan assisted oven) for 20 minutes or grill for 10 to 12 minutes turning over half way through cooking.
Cooking times are for guidelines only. Ensure the product is served piping hot throughout.
