Our Salmon Fillets are of the highest quality and are skinned and filleted for your convenience.

Supplied in a box of 10 pieces they are individually quick frozen to retain all the goodness and flavour.

Cooking Instructions:

FROM FROZEN – Oven bake in a pre-heated oven (Gas mark 6 or 190c in a conventional oven or 170c in a fan assisted oven) for 35 to 40 minutes.

FROM DEFROST – Defrost for 24 hours in a refrigerator and once completely thawed grill for 10-12 minutes or oven bake in a pre-heated oven (Gas mark 6 or 190c in a conventional oven or 170c in a fan assisted oven) for 20 minutes.

Cooking times are for guidelines only. Ensure the product is served piping hot throughout.
