Supplied as a box weight of 1.7kg of individually quick frozen pieces in a protective ice glaze.

Defrosting instructions:

Allow to defrost 24 hours in a refrigerator and once completely thawed cook in your favourite dish or cook on their own until pink throughout.

Ensure the product is cooked thoroughly and is pink throughout.
