Our Natural Smoked Cod Loins are of the finest quality, are MSC Certified which means they are caught sustainably and are both skinless and boneless.
Supplied as a box of 12 individually quick frozen pieces to lock in all the goodness and flavour with a natural smoked flavour.
FROM FROZEN – Lightly brush with oil and place in some tin foil and loosely wrap. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated oven (Gas mark 6 or 200c in a conventional oven or 180c in a fan assisted oven) for approximately 30 to 34 minutes.
FROM DEFROST – Lightly brush with oil and place on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated oven (Gas mark 6 or 200c in a conventional oven or 180c in a fan assisted oven) for 18 to 22 minutes, turning over once halfway through cooking.
Cooking times are for guidelines only. Ensure the product is served piping hot throughout.
