Our Lemon Sole Fillets are of the highest quality and are filleted.

Supplied as a box weight of 1.8kg of individually quick frozen pieces to retain all the goodness and flavour.

Cooking Instructions:

FROM FROZEN: Grill on a medium to high heat for 12-15 minutes turning halfway through cooking or oven bake (Gas mark 6, conventional oven 200c or fan assisted oven 180c) for 18 minutes.

Please note cooking times are for guidelines only. Ensure the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
