Our Cape Hake Fillets are of the finest quality and being MSC, means they are caught sustainably. Filleted too and supplied in a protective glaze to retain all the goodness and flavour.

Supplied in a box weight of 1.8kg of individually quick frozen pieces.

Cooking Instructions:

FROM FROZEN – Grill for 12-15 minutes or oven bake in a pre-heated oven (Gas mark 6 or 200c in a conventional oven or 180c in a fan assisted oven) for 18 minutes turning halfway through.

Cooking times are for guidelines only. Ensure the product is served piping hot throughout.
