Our Yellowfin Sole is of the finest quality and is lightly dusted in a lemon and parsley coating.

Supplied as a box of 6 individually quick frozen pieces to retain all the goodness and flavour.

Cooking Instructions:

FROM FROZEN – Grill for 8 to 10 minutes on a medium to high setting until golden brown or oven bake in a the upper part of pre-heated oven (Gas mark 7 or 220c in a conventional oven or 200c in a fan assisted oven) for 20 to 22 minutes. Cooking times are for guidelines only. Ensure the product is served piping hot throughout.

Yellowfin Sole (80%), 20% Lemon & Parsley dusting (rapeseed oil, fortified wheat flour [wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin], rice flour, wheat starch, dextrose, salt, citric acid, parsley, spray dried lemon juice concentrate, sugar, natural flavouring).
