Our Breaded Whitebait are of the highest quality and have a lovely golden breadcrumb coating to give a delicious crunch.

Supplied as a boxed weight of 1.8kg of individually quick frozen pieces to retain all the goodness and flavour.

Cooking Instructions:

FROM FROZEN – Pre-heat the oil in a deep fryer to 180c and the fry the Whitebait for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain thoroughly and serve.

Cooking times are for guidance only. Ensure the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
