Supplied as a box of 10 individually quick frozen pieces of the finest Cod fillets coated in a crunchy breadcrumb

Cooking Instructions:

FROM FROZEN – Oven bake in a pre-heated oven (Gas mark 6 or 200c in a conventional oven or 180c in a fan assisted oven) for 18 to 20 minutes. Cooking times are for guidelines only. Ensure the product is served piping hot throughout.

Ingredients:

Cod (50%), wheat flour (calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), water, salt, rapeseed oil, maize starch, yeast, raising agent (ammonium carbonate).
