Our Boned Scottish Smoked Kippers are wild caught and naturally smoked for a delicious mouthwatering flavour.
Supplied as a box of 10 individually quick frozen pieces so they are as fresh tasting as the day they were caught.
Place in a pan of boiling water and turn down the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Kipper fillets, salt, colour (annatto), butter.
