Fish and More are your local fishmonger, and as well as selling a wide range of frozen fish and seafood, we also sell various frozen meat products to compliment these frozen fish products.
Our meat products are of the highest quality and are packed full of flavour.
Much like our frozen fish, our meat products are Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) to retain all the freshness and goodness, to give you a mouthwatering taste in every bite.
Currently we sell the following frozen meat products, but more will be added as we expand our shop.
Our Luxury surf and turf consists of a prime fillet steak and raw lobster tail to give a twist on a classic dish.
All of our meat products have instructions for cooking in the boxes and if cooking from frozen, ensure they are thoroughly cooked through.
Our luxury chicken kiev is best cooked from frozen, but can be cooked once defrosted.
If defrosting, we recommend allowing a minimum of 24 hours in a refrigerator for the chicken breast and fillet steak that is in the luxury surf and turf and for the woodland duck.
