Cream Cheese Prawn Bruschetta Recipe Ingredients
- 2 slices of Bruschetta bread
- A good handful of defrosted cooked salad prawns per slice
- Full fat or reduced fat cream cheese
- Fresh chopped parsley
- Fresh chopped red chilli
- Lemon wedge (optional)
Cream Cheese Prawn Bruschetta Recipe Method
Thoroughly defrost the cooked salad prawns in a refrigerator for 24 hours and once defrosted remove from the fridge.
Lightly toast the Bruschetta bread.
Spread the cream cheese over the Bruschetta bread as required.
Sprinkle over a handful of salad prawns per slice of Bruschetta bread.
Sprinkle over some fresh chopped red chilli and fresh chopped parsley.
Serve with a lemon wedge on the side.
