Covid-19 Statement

Many of us have had serious concerns over the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak and we want to ensure you are completely at ease regarding your fish deliveries.

The virus is not food borne and can only be transmitted through close contact with someone who is infected. We have had no instances of the virus amongst our staff and we monitor all our staff health daily to ensure a safe working environment.

Equally we take hygiene extremely seriously and our daily cleaning routine is even more thorough than usual at our premises and with all our equipment, including our vehicles.

How Buying From Us Is Safe

Buying from us is safer than more traditional methods such as buying in a shop as your order is delivered to your door, helping your social distancing and contact by not having to be in a shop with other shoppers.

We can even leave your order in a safe place if you don’t want to interact with the driver. Simply let us know when ordering either directly or via our website.

When you order please tell us any special delivery requirements and we will do our utmost to ensure these are met.

You can pay when you order over the phone by credit card or we take payment online, so you do not have to handle any notes or coins.
