Supplied as a box of 10 individually quick frozen pieces, to help retain all the goodness and flavour.
FROM FROZEN – Defrost for 24 hours in a refrigerator. When defrosted pre-heat the oven on Gas Mark 7, 200c conventional oven, 180c fan assisted oven, wrap in foil and cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Alternatively shallow fry, grill or BBQ to your recipe.
Cooking times are for guidelines only. Ensure the product is cooked throughout and piping hot before serving.
