Our Salt and Pepper Squid is full of flavour and uses only the finest quality squid.
Supplied in a boxed weight of 1.8kg they are individually quick frozen to lock in all the goodness and flavour.
FROM FROZEN – To deep fry, preheat the oil to 180c and fry the Squid for 3 to 4 minutes from frozen until golden brown.
Oven bake in a pre-heated oven (Gas mark 7 or 220c in a conventional oven or 1900c in a fan assisted oven) and place the Squid on a baking tray and bake for 24 to 26 minutes or until golden brown turning over halfway through cooking.
Cooking times are for guidelines only. Ensure the product is served piping hot throughout.
