Our Salmon Broccoli and Dill Shanty consists of a prime Salmon fillet with mashed potato, broccoli and a creamy dill sauce coated in golden breadcrumbs for a mouthwatering taste.

Supplied in a box of 12 pieces they are individually quick frozen to lock in all the goodness and flavour.

Cooking Instructions:

FROM FROZEN – Oven bake in a pre-heated oven (Gas mark 7 or 220c in a conventional oven or 1900c in a fan assisted oven) for 30 to 35 minutes.

Cooking times are for guidelines only. Ensure the product is served piping hot throughout.

Salmon fillet (35%), breadcrumbs (fortified wheat flour [wheat flour, calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamin], rapeseed oil, water, yeast, salt), broccoli (16%), single cream (cream, stabiliser: carrageenan), reconstituted skimmed milk, modified starch, dill flake, salt, vegetable bouillon (potato starch, yeast extract, salt, sugar, onion powder, sunflower oil, turmeric, onion extract, mace extract), thickeners: xanthan gum, guar gum, onion powder, yeast extract, ground white pepper.
