Our Natural Smoked Haddock are caught from the clear Icelandic waters with a natural oak smoke and skin on. They are also boned for convenience.
Supplied as a box weight of 2kg of individually quick frozen pieces to lock in all the goodness and flavour with a natural oak smoked flavour.
FROM FROZEN – Lightly brush with oil and place in some tin foil and loosely wrap. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated oven (Gas mark 6 or 200c in a conventional oven or 180c in a fan assisted oven) for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
FROM DEFROST – Lightly brush with oil and place on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated oven (Gas mark 6 or 200c in a conventional oven or 180c in a fan assisted oven) for 10 to 15 minutes, turning over once halfway through cooking.
Cooking times are for guidelines only. Ensure the product is served piping hot throughout.
