Our Yellowfin Sole is of the finest quality and is lightly dusted in a lemon and pepper coating to give an exceptional flavour.

Supplied as a box of 12 individually quick frozen pieces to retain all the goodness and taste.

Cooking Instructions:

FROM FROZEN – Grill for 8 to 10 minutes on a medium to high setting until golden brown or oven bake in a the upper part of pre-heated oven (Gas mark 7 or 220c in a conventional oven or 200c in a fan assisted oven) for 20 to 22 minutes. Cooking times are for guidelines only. Ensure the product is served piping hot throughout.
