They are gilled and gutted for your convenience.

Supplied in a box of 6 pieces they are individually quick frozen to seal in all the goodness and give a freshly caught from the sea taste.

 

Cooking Instructions:

FROM FROZEN – Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator for 24 hours and treat like fresh and use in your own recipe.

Cooking times are for guidelines only. Ensure the product is served piping hot throughout.
