Our Whole Dover Sole is of the highest quality and is as fresh as the day it was caught, to give you all the taste of the sea.
Supplied as a box of 4 individually quick frozen whole pieces to retain all the goodness and flavour.
Each fish weighs on average between 16 and 18oz.
FROM FROZEN – Defrost for 24 hours in a refrigerator until thoroughly defrosted throughout and treat as fresh in your own recipe. Can be oven baked, grilled and cooked on a barbecue.
Cooking times are for guidance only. Ensure the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
