Our Roe On King Scallops are of the finest quality and come with the Roe left on.
Supplied in a boxed weight of 2kg they are individually quick frozen to retain all the goodness and flavour.
FROM FROZEN – Defrost thoroughly for 24 hours in a refrigerator. Once thawed, pat dry with kitchen towel an heat a little all in a frying pan over a high heat. Add the Scallops flat side down, season and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly golden. Turn over, season and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
Cooking times are for guidelines only. Ensure the product is served piping hot throughout.
