Our finest quality Plaice Fillets have been filleted ready for your convenience.
Supplied as a box weight of 1.8kg of individually quick frozen pieces to lock in all the goodness and flavour.
FROM FROZEN – Grill from frozen on a medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes, turning over once halfway through cooking.
Alternatively place on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated oven (Gas mark 6 or 200c in a conventional oven or 180c in a fan assisted oven) for approximately 18 minutes, turning over once halfway through cooking.
Cooking times are for guidelines only. Ensure the product is served piping hot throughout.
