In the box are:
Supplied as a box of 9 of individually quick frozen mixed fish fillets in a protective ice glaze to lock in all the goodness and flavour.
FROM FROZEN: Grill under a medium to high heat for 12 to 15 minutes turning halfway through or pre heat an oven to Gas mark 6, conventional oven 200c or fan assisted oven 180c, place fish on a baking tray and cook for 18 minutes turning halfway through.
Ensure the product is cooked through thoroughly and served piping hot.
