Smoked Haddock Florentine
Grimsby Oak Smoked fillet of Haddock (skinless and boneless) on a bed of spinach leaf topped with a piquant cheddar sauce. A natural, oak-smoked fillet. No dye! No preservatives! No additives! Medium fleshed, creamy tasting.
Cooking Instructions: Microwave- Pierce film then cook on high(800 watts) for 7-8 minutes. Leave to stand for 30 seconds then transfer to serving plate/dish.
Oven- From frozen transfer from plastic tray to an ovenproof dish, cover and cook for approx 30-35 minutes at 180c/ Gas Mark 5.
