Two prime Plaice fillets enclosing a light salmon mousse topped with fresh Salmon. And two prime Plaice fillets enclosing a light shrimp mousse topped with fresh prawns. x5 of each in a pack.
Cooking Instructions: From frozen brush with oil or a few knobs of butter, bake at 190c/Gas Mark 5 for approx 25 minutes. Microwave at 1000w for 5-6 minutes (best to cover to prevent the fish from drying).
