X4 Smoked Wellington, Prime skinless and boned Salmon in pastry, with spinach and mascapone cheese sauce. X4 Smoked Haddock Imperial, Haddock in a cheese, spinach and mustard sauce cased in puff pastry finished with cheddar cheese. X4 Cod Wellington, Skinless and boned prime Cod in a rich cheese, prawn and mushroom sauce wrapped in puff pastry finished with mushroom and parsley.
Cooking Instructions: Oven Bake from frozen in a pre-heated oven at 200c/Gas Mark 6 lightly grease a tray and cook for approx 30-35 minutes.
