Cooking Instructions For Cajun Chicken:From frozen pre-heat oven to 220c/Gas Mark 6 and bake for 20-25 minutes.This produce can be shallo fried, griddled or grilled. Ensure product is cooked throughout.
Cooking Instructions for Garlic and Rosemary Chicken: From Frozen, oven bake at 200c/Gas Mark 5 for approx 18-20 minutes. Grill for 14-16 minutes turning half way through cooking.
