Duck Breasts With Forest Fruits
Breast of Duck marinated in orange and basil, topped with fruits of the forrest, cranberry and whisky sauce.
Cooking Instructions: Cook duck from defrost, remove the fruit and cook the duck breast skin down on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 200c/Gas Mark 6 cook for approx 25 minutes. Slice and fan the duck and pour the sauce over. (heat sauce from frozen pour into a pan add the fruit and simmer gently until hot then pour over the duck.)
