Red Snapper Fillets
Superb Chunky Red Snapper fillets, indiviually vac packed, frozen at sea, boneless and descaled Red Snapper fillets. Pan fry with garlic, chilli, lime and coriander. Remember, this product requires careful cooking to avoid drying out. This sweet-tasting, meaty fish can be grilled, pan fried, baked, steamed or even barbecued!
Cooking Instructions: Grill from frozen for 12-15 minutes or oven bake at 200c/Gas Mark 6 for 18 minutes turning half way through cooking.
